Mouth Ulcers Shop

Delivery Information

Discreet packaging

All items sent in the mail show a return address of simply "MU Shop", there is no mention of mouth ulcers or oral health. If customs documentation is required then this will only list the names of the products enclosed.

To try and avoid inconvenience if you are likely to be out when the posty arrives you can:

  • For 1st Class and FedEx ask for delivery on a particular day (we will try our best).
  • Specify an alternate delivery address (such as your work place).
  • Provide instructions (such as "Please leave with neighbour if out" or "Please leave in greenhouse if out" etc.).
  • Ask for minimised packaging - in which case we'll make the packaging as small as possible (some items, such as Curasept Rinse and Lysine 180 will pretty much always be to big for a letterbox though). 1 or 2 tubes of Squigle can be packed this way and fit through most letterboxes.

UK

First Class

Same day dispatch on orders received by 3:30pm for delivery next day by Royal Mail First Class. All orders are carefully packed and most are sent out in cartons (recycled card).

To get around the recent, large price increase for postage, the following items are sent using our all new ultra-minimised-post-busting cartons (or padded envelopes) - not only does this keep the postage cost similar to how it was before, but they also fit through your letterbox:

Oralmedic (1-5 packs)
Xylimelts (1 pack)
Oraldiet (1 pack)
Bye Mouth Ulcer (1-2 tubes)
Canker Covers (1-4 packs)
Cankermelts (1-4 packs)
Gengigel Gel (1 tube)
Curasept Gel (1 tube)
Avamin Melts (1-3 packs)
Cold Sticks (1-4 sticks)

For some of the items that have unnecessarily large and/or awkward retail packaging, this is flattened out in order to fit in the slim-line cartons or envelopes.

Economy

This option reduces the postage cost to a bare minimum. Dispatch is next day via Royal Mail Second Class post which is supposed to take 3 business days. Instead of using our lovely, but, expensive cartons your order will be sent in a padded envelope, therefore the retail packaging may get a bit squashed.

If it is not urgent, then for the smaller, lighter items, this is a very cost effective method.

FedEx

For peace of mind you can have orders sent by FedEx, the cut off time for next day is about 1pm (FedEx do not deliver on Saturday, at least, not for the normal price).

Europe

Orders for dispatch to countries in the EU (and most geographically European countries) are sent by Air Mail which takes about 5 days.

Worldwide

Worldwide orders are sent by Air Mail and can take about 10 days (sometimes more though, or less, depending upon local customs policy). They will be sporting an accurate and correctly completed customs declaration so hopefully you will not experience a delay.

Notifications

If you have provided an email address, you will receive an automated confirmation message when you place your order, and then a personal message to inform you when your order has been dispatched - this is a real message written by me, not an automated response.

Cancellation & Returns

If you change your mind about an order let me know and if it hasn't been dispatched I will cancel it. Unwanted items can be returned so long as they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging and condition. In the unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect goods I may ask for them to be returned (at my expense), replacements will, of course, be supplied.

Where's my stuff?

If you think you have been waiting too long, or you haven't heard from me, or any problems at all, please contact me directly and I will sort it out.
