Dom says: Some people advocate using this actually on ulcers inside the mouth, not done that myself though.  I do get cold sores, so I liked the look of this... a lip balm with lysine, UV protection and a whole host of other super healing ingredients to treat and protect against cold sores (fever blisters, herpes simplex). Absolute truth... the very day the first shipment arrived I felt the tingle of a cold sore starting, I used this and the cold sore went before breaking the skin. Better than Zovirax IMO.
