The Oral-B® CrossAction® Vitalizer™ is the top-of-the-range manual toothbrush.

Product Features:

I found these brushes in the Oral-B specialist section, I don't know if they will be made available in the high street or not. They have plastic bobbles to stimulate the gums, so I thought I'd give one a try. I don't know if the bobbles really help or not, but they are certainly good tooth brushes, and I sell them for the same price that others sell the ones without the bobbles.
