Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Royal Mail deliver on week days and Saturday.
All items sent in the mail show a return address of simply "MU&G", there is no mention of mouth ulcers or oral health. If customs documentation is required then this will only list the names of the products enclosed.
Economy (Business 48)
This option reduces the postage cost to a bare minimum. Dispatch is next week-day via Royal Mail Business 48 which is supposed to take 2-5 days.
Free delivery when you spend over £30.
First Class (Business 24)
Orders dispatched every week-day on orders received by 2:00 pm for delivery by Royal Mail First Class. 90% of orders arrive Next Day (but may take 1-3 working days)*.
Express (Courier Service)
UPS Next Day (Monday to Friday if order placed before 2:00pm previous working day).
Orders for dispatch to countries in the EU (and most geographically European countries) are sent by International Priority Air Mail which takes about 5 days. There is the option to upgrade the postage to Priority Tracked if you so wish.
Cost: from £7.99 (depends on weight)
We ship to USA and Canada. Worldwide orders are sent by International Priority Air Mail and can take about 10 days (sometimes more though, or less, depending upon local customs policy). They will be sporting an accurate and correctly completed customs declaration so hopefully you will not experience any delay. There is the option to upgrade the postage to Priority Tracked if you so wish.
Cost: from £9.15 (depends on weight)
If you have provided an email address, you will receive an automated confirmation message when you place your order, and then a personal message to inform you when your order has been dispatched - this is a real message written by one of us, not an automated response.
Cancellation & Returns
If you change your mind about an order let us know and if it hasn't been dispatched we will cancel it. Unwanted items can be returned so long as they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging and condition. In the unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect goods we may ask for them to be returned (at our expense), replacements will, of course, be supplied.
